  • Proper air circulation in common areas and rooms
  • Hand sanitizers in common areas and rooms
  • Trained staff
  • Hand sanitizer sachets in all rooms
  • Sanitized TV and air conditioner remotes
  • Sanitized elevator
  • Linen washed at appropriate temperatures for optimal disinfection
  • Express check-out. We provide an express check-out process to minimize contact with team members
  • Methods of payment. We are offering cash-free methods of payment in order to minimize contact
  • Team training. Providing team members with comprehensive hygiene training programs
  • Team member temperature checks
  • Vendor temperature checks
  • Guest temperature is checked at entrance
  • ‘Namaste’ is the standard greeting
  • Check-in and check-out formalities are completed one guest at a time. We discourage any form of crowding around the lobby and reception area
  • Guests are requested to fill in a ‘Health Declaration Form’
  • Rooms are thoroughly sanitized and serviced once in a day
